1. Booking and Payment

• Reservation: To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. Full payment must be completed prior to the trip date.
• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

2. Cancellation Policy

• By Guest:
  • More than 30 days before the trip: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
  • 15 to 30 days before the trip: 50% refund.
  • Less than 15 days before the trip: No refund.
• By Ocean Trip: We reserve the right to cancel trips due to safety concerns, in which case you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Guest Responsibilities

• Health and Safety: Guests must disclose any health issues or disabilities that may affect their ability to participate in activities.
• Compliance: All guests must comply with safety instructions provided by our crew.

4. Liability Waiver

By participating in our trips, guests acknowledge the inherent risks associated with ocean activities. Ocean Trip is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the trip.

5. Changes to Bookings

Requests for changes to bookings must be made at least 14 days prior to the trip. Additional fees may apply based on the nature of the change.

6. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Ocean Trip is not liable for any lost or damaged items during the trip.

7. Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly. Ocean Trip reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who displays inappropriate behavior.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for reservation purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in our operating region. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
